The 44-Second Pitch

Hard versus easy. Same job, side by side.

A commodity tool against the Ring & Rod platform on the same task. This is the demo that converts skeptical buyers on the retail floor.

Real footage, real prototypes — no staging, no editing tricks.

Core Technology

Dynamic Angle™ keeps the user upright.

Dynamic Angle decouples handle orientation from tool head orientation, allowing live adjustment without breaking stride. The platform protects posture, accelerates each task, and keeps the handle grounding the entire system.

  • Zero-bend operation — dig, rake, sweep, or weed upright. The tool moves, not the spine.
  • One-hand control — tasks that required two hands can now be done with one.
  • Continuous workflow — change angles mid-task without stopping or swapping tools.
  • Self-standing storage — every head stands upright to cut clutter and damage.

One head, every working angle — adjusted live with a button press. No motors, no batteries. Just clever geometry.

Coupling System

2 ways to dock: OctoLock™ and DockLock™.

DockLock™ — secure swaps in ≈2 seconds.

DockLock pairs a spring-actuated ring with a rotational lock so heads push on, auto-engage, and release with a single finger. Tight enough for pro buyers, simple enough for mass retail.

1 · Push on, auto-lock

Align any compatible head, push once, and the ring snaps into place — no levers to hold or twist.

2 · Work-ready geometry

Rotational and axial locks engage simultaneously for wobble-free operation in wet, cold, or dusty conditions.

3 · Single-finger release

Press the ring to release. Swaps stay below two seconds in field demos, so crews actually rotate heads mid-job.

1″ handle

For lighter, high-frequency tasks:

For heavy-load, high-leverage work:

Two handle sizes cover the full head ecosystem — and every head within a size class shares the same DockLock coupling.

Platform Capabilities

The characteristics that set it apart.

Short, focused clips — each one spotlights a single platform capability a buyer can verify in seconds.

Angle change

Live head articulation, mid-task — the core Dynamic Angle™ move.

Two-handled operation

A second handle position multiplies leverage and control for heavy loads.

Strength

Full body weight on the articulating head — the hardware takes real abuse.

Tool Applications — Real Footage

Each head proves the platform.

Every clip below is an actual prototype on an actual job. Dynamic Angle turns commodity SKUs into demonstrably better tools.

Snow & ice shovel — side-by-side comparison

Ring & Rod ice shovel versus a regular snow shovel on the same frozen sidewalk. The difference is visible in seconds.

Ice chopping — upright leverage

The adjustable head turns the shovel into an ice chopper. One tool, two winter jobs, zero bending.

Push-to-pull broom

One motion toggles between push and pull, keeping leverage high indoors or out — and replacing multiple SKUs.

Angle-free paint roller

Roller angle optimizes mid-stroke, so wrists stay neutral on ceilings, walls, and low trim alike.

Trenching tool

A new kind of trenching shovel: the head angle does the digging geometry while the user stays upright.

Cross-season versatility

The snow shovel head gathering leaves: proof that one platform works all four seasons — and earns shelf space year-round.

4-seasonOne SKU ladder

Rake — angled for under bushes

The head pivots flat to reach under shrubs and fences while the user stays standing — a motion fixed rakes simply can't make.

Rake + dustpan, working as a system

Two heads from the same platform clear a yard into the bin together — the self-standing dustpan holds itself open while the rake loads it.

Built-In Advantage

Every head self-stands.

Safer pauses, tidier storage, better shelf presentation. No more tools sliding down walls or lying in walkways.

Native System

Holding, holstering & storage are built in.

DockLock drives the transport system too. Heads mount to belts, walls, buckets, garbage cans, and vehicles with the same geometry — premium in-store, practical on-site.

Why It Sells

Eight proof points a buyer can repeat in 30 seconds.

Every bullet below is demo-friendly for a retail floor associate, distributor, or investor walk-through.

Ergonomics

Neutral posture work validated by early user testing.

Space-saving

One handle replaces a wall of long-handled SKUs.

Sustainability

Less material and packaging per functional tool.

Durability

Metal core handle designed for multi-year service intervals.

Enhanced function

Adjustable geometry unlocks motions commodity tools cannot perform.

Portability

Heads travel in a small bag or belt — no long-handle logistics.

Storability

Self-standing heads reduce clutter and trip hazards.

Versatility

Indoor, outdoor, DIY, and pro — one SKU ladder for multiple categories.

Platform Economics

From one-off sale to platform relationship.

Modeling based on prototype pricing and attachment rates shows materially higher customer value with a smaller shelf footprint.

Projected lift in 3-year customer value*

*Model assumes handle + three head follow-ons based on current buyer interviews. Actual performance will be validated with retail pilots.
